Preheat your oven to around 300°F (150°C). This temperature is low enough to avoid burning the granola while still toasting it evenly.

Instruction:

In a large bowl, combine your rolled oats, nuts, and seeds. You can adjust the ratios according to your preferences. Add any other dry ingredients like coconut flakes or dried fruit at this stage.

In a separate bowl, mix together your sweetener, oil, and any flavorings you're using. This mixture will bind the granola together and give it flavor.

Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated. Make sure all the oats and nuts are well-covered.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat. Make sure it's spread out in a thin, even layer. This helps it toast evenly.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for around 20-30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes to ensure even toasting. Keep an eye on it towards the end to prevent burning.

Once the granola is golden brown and crispy, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. As it cools, it will crisp up even more.

Once cooled, transfer it to an airtight container for storage. Homemade granola can typically last for up to two weeks when stored properly.
